After triangulation results have been calculated, the user can decided to create a new project calibration (incl. misalignment) when accepting the final triangulation results.
HxMap will create a new set of calibration files into the intermediate folder of the session used. This can then be selected as a Project Calibration in the Ingest wizard or moved into the global calibration repository for repeated use.
