Working with the stereo view
Load image pair to stereo view
HxMap allows to open a stereo pair for 3D visualization. Following methods allow the user to load a stereo pair:
By use of context menu: A context menu can be opened by clicking anywhere in the 2D or 3D window. The menu then gives the user the option "Open Stereo View here"
By use of toolbar icon: When a single building is selected, the toolbar icon allows to load a stereo pair for the selected building. HxMap will then use the position of the building to determine the stereo pair to load
Change stereo mode
With the required hardware present, the stereo view can be changed into a mode that supports either active or passive stereo viewing glasses. A toolbar button allows to switch between the two window and stereo mode.
HxMap will activate a red/cyan anaglyph mode if no support for 3d glasses was detected on the system.
Changing view direction

By default, HxMap will always start with the nadir view. By using the toolbar of the stereo
viewer the user can switch to the oblique imagery and change viewing direction.
